About Phoenix Business Owners Association
The Group's mission is clear:
We are a Group of Phoenix-area business owners that are committed to growing our businesses, while also lending assistance to other business owners and the communities within which we live and work. We will do this by forming more than superficial relationships with our fellow business owners, and we will improve our businesses by pooling our collective knowledge, experience and creative energies in such a way that everyone moves significantly towards their own personal vision of success.
Our Online Presence:
“Us” is you. This site is only successful because you choose to make it successful. Presumably you are visiting this site because you are the owner of a business in the Greater Phoenix Area. Or perhaps you are a close acquaintance of a business owner in the area. If you’ve read about the site’s philosophy, you know that we are all about owners helping owners. We’re about asking for help. And we’re about offering help. If you choose to ask for help or input, you’re part of “Us”. If you choose to answer a question or offer a lesson you’ve learned, you’re part of “Us”. “Us” is growing each and every day.
Our In-Person Presence:
The Group's activities will take essentially four forms:
- Continued use of social media to create and maintain virtual relationships between business owners
- Formation of Advisory Boards to help provide access to experience, knowledge and network connections to companies looking to grow their revenues and profitability.
- Options for participating in group-organized community service opportunities, thereby making a solid positive impact on our communities
- Occasional social activities to help further the bonds between group members; we are committed to not have these be your over-used networking cocktail reception
